This matter comes before the Board upon
a
March
6,
1984
motion by the City
of
Tuscola
(Tuscola)
to stay decision in
this site~specificrulemaking proceeding.
In
support thereof,
Tuscola states that a 75
federal grant for
proposed sewer
treatment plant improvements
is now not available.
Further-
more,
Tuscola and the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency
have entered into discussions to identify and
design an afford-
able alternative t.reatment system.
The motion to stay is granted and this
proceeding
is
hereby stayed until August
6,
1984.
Tuscola will
provide
the Board with a written report on the progress
of the above
discussions on or before that date.
