Petition filed February

is inadequate in that
the improvement
to the sewage treatment plant necessary before
sewer extension permits are given is not explained.
In addition,
the financial return on the subject
land,
if used for farming,
is not given.
Petitioner
shall file an Amended Petition within 35 days
of the date
of this Order supplying the needed information.
A
waiver of
the 90—day decision period set by statute shall be
filed with the Amended Petition to make the decision period run
from that filing date.
Failure to timely file the Amended Petition
shall make the Petition liable
to dismissal for inadequacy.
