in that the nature of the groundwater beneath the landfill

is

not described nor

is any presently occurring aquifer contamina-

tion.

In

addition,

the

use

and

proximity

of

water

supply

wells

to this landfill site is not given.

The nature and amount of

refuse formerly disposed of in this landfill

is not given nor

is the expected date of the construction of the proposed railroad

interchange.

Petitioner

shall

file

an

Amended

Petition

within

60

days

of

the

date

of

this

Order

setting

forth

the

above

items

of

inf or-

mation desired by the Board.

A waiver

of

the

90-day

decision

period set by statute shall be executed at the time of filing the

Amended Petition.

Failure to timely file the Amended Petition

shall make the Petition liable to dismissal because of inadequacy.
