is given as

to whether or not basement flooding or

surface flooding now occurs on the present 15—inch sanitary

sewer

line.

In addition, no program of

compliance is given

to correct the inadequate sewers or sewage treatment plant as

the case may be.

If the sewage treatment plant is in fact inadequate,

no information is given as

to the present condition of the

receiving stream and how the additional discharge would affect

it.

petitioner

shall file an Amended Petition within

45 days

from the date of

this Order providing the information requested

above.

A waiver of the 90—day decision period set by statute

shall be executed to run from the time of filing the Amended

Petition.

Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall

make the Petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
