The motion did

specify

the

time extension requested,

Additionally,

although the Agency

asserted that the Petitioner,

Cabot Corporation,

did not object to

the extension of

time,

the

Petitioner has

neither filed

a

waiver of the decision deadline

nor a request for

extension

as a

pro tanto waiver.

The Board

will grant an

extension for filing the record

until May

14.

In

so doing,

the Board expects the Petitioner,

prior to May

14,

to file

a waiver of decision until at least

July

26,

1984,

so as

to provide

adequate time for hearing and

review.

No

further extensions

beyond May 14 will be granted

without a further corresponding

extension

of

the

decision

time.
