    ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL
    PROTECTION AGENCY
    Respondent.
    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J, Anderson):
    On April
    19,
    1984, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    filed
a motion to extend time for filing the
    permit record.
    Presently,
decision in this case is due June
    26,
    1984
    (the Board~s
    last regularly
    scheduled meeting before that
    date
    is June
    14,
    1984)
    The
Board also notes that the filing of
    the record was
    overdue prior to
    the filing of this motion
    (see
    Sec. 105.102(a)(4)
    of
    the Board~s
    Procedural Rules).
    The motion did
    not.
    specify
    the
    time extension requested,
    Additionally,
    although the Agency
    asserted that the Petitioner,
    Cabot Corporation,
    did not object to
    the extension of
    time,
    the
    Petitioner has
    neither filed
    a
    waiver of the decision deadline
    nor a request for
    extension
    as a
    pro tanto waiver.
    The Board
    will grant an
    extension for filing the record
    until May
    14.
    In
    so doing,
    the Board expects the Petitioner,
    prior to May
    14,
    to file
a waiver of decision until at least
    July
    26,
    1984,
    so as
    to provide
    adequate time for hearing and
    review.
    No
    further extensions
beyond May 14 will be granted
    without a further corresponding
    extension
    of
    the
    decision
    time.
    IT
    IS SO ORDERED.
