Petition filed February 13,

1976 is inadequate

in that emissions

from the boiler are not shown to be in excess of the allowable

regulation and the regulation itself is not identified from which

variance is desired.

Petitioner

shall amend the Petition within 45 days from

the date of this Order to provide the information listed above.

A

waiver of the 90-day period set by statute for decision to run

from the filing date of the Amended Petition shall be made at the

same time.

Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall render the

Petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
