    required to
    comply
    with
    the procedural
    rules
    for filing a
    Petitia~.
    for Variance
    found at 35 111, Adm,
    Code 104.120 and 104.121.
    This requirement
    is
    set out at
    35 Ill.
    Adm, Code 104.123:
    Extensic
    of Variance.
    That Section also provides that Petitioner may
    request
    the incorporation of the prior
    record,
    in this case
    PCB
    82—2,
    rather
    than resubmit information,
    Petitioner is directed
    to comply
    with the above named Sections,

    to detail any changes in that information, especially

    and reasons for the same in its compliance plan.
