ORDER OF THE BOARD

Petition for variance filed June
17,
1976 is inadequate
in that the location and emissions from the proposed open burning
location are not given.
Furthermore, the alternative of burning
landscape wastes using an air curtain destructor as provided by
Rule 504(a) (4)
seems not to have been considered.
The Petitioner
has the burden of showing that an arbitrary and unreasonable
hardship will occur if the variance is not granted.
Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 45 days
from the date of this order to provide the necessary information.
The 90-day period set by statute for decision shall be waived
by the Petitioner to commence with the date of filing the
Amended
Petition.
Failure
to timely file the Amended Petition shall
make the Petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
