The letter of May 13,
1976 from the consulting engineer is
construed as another Motion for Reconsideration.
The author
does not understand that sewage treatment plant data does not
now come to the Board.
A petitioner has the burden of providing
information about the environmental impact of the requested
variance.
Petitioner is referred to the Procedural Rules of the Board
for guidance.
The Motion is denied without prejudice.
