1976 is inadequate in that the

emissions are not given nor

is the effect of them upon oxidant

ambient air quality levels

in the Chicago area described.

The hardship to the Petitioner if the variance is not granted

is also not described.

Petitioner shall amend the Petition to provide the information

described above within

45 days of the date of this order.

A waiver

of the 90-day decision period set by statute shall also be executed

and said decision period shall run from the date of filing of the

Amended Petition.

Failure to timely file the Amended Petition shall render the

cause liable to dismissal.
