in that no information is given as to the effect of its continued
combined-sewer discharges
to the Fox River should the variance
be granted.
Information as
to downstream dissolved
oxygen
levels,
bacterial levels,
and bottom deposits,
for example, should be
presented in an Amended Petition.
Petitioners shall file an Amended Petition within 45 days
from the date of this Order and present in it the required
information.
The 90-day decision period set by statute shall
commence with the date of filing the Amended Petition.
Failure
to timely file the Amended Petition shall make
it
liable
to dismissal for inadequacy.
