On August
5,
1983,
fifteen Decatur citizens filed separate
complaints
in this matter all of which were docketed as PCB 83—132.
On September
7,
1983 the Board received proof of service
of only
the complaint filed by William and Dolores Carter upon Dunn
Company.
For reasons of administrative economy for all concerned,
and since all of the complaints allege the same violations and
contain similar issues of
fact,
all hut one of the co~ielaintsis
duplicitous and the remainder are hereby dismissed,
The
Carter’s
complaint, however,
is accepted since their compiai~twas the first
received,
is
the only complaint accompanied
by
proof
of service,
an~~
the Carters are indicated to he the spokespersons.
In taking
this action,
the Board
is no~precluding the
other citizens from participating in the proceeding.
They may
appear
arid testify
at hearinq and may,
if they
so desire, request
intervention.
