This
matter
comes
before
the
Board
upon
a
May
11,
1984
motion
to
correct
inadvertent
error
filed
on
behalf
of
the
Ford
Motor
Company.
Ford
points
out
that
the
Board’s
April
27,
1984
Order
in
this
matter
grants
Ford,
among
other
things,
variance
from
35
Ill.
Adm.
Code
215.204(a)(1)
conditioned
upon
compliance with
certain
emission
limitations.
Section 215.204
(a)(1) establishes emission limitations applicable to
prime,
prime surfacer, top and final repair coatings.
The emission
limitations contained in the variance, however, are applicable
to prime coats and prime surfacer coats only, thereby effectively
deleting
any limitations applicable to
top
coats and
final
repair
coats.
Such
relief
was
not
requested
and
was
not
intended
by
the
April
27,
1984
Order.
Therefore,
Ford’s
motion
is
granted
and
the
Board
hereby
deletes
condition
1(a)
of
that
Order
and
replaces
it
with the following:
a)
Ford shall not cause or allow the emission
of volatile organic materials to exceed the follow-
ing limitations on coating application:
