Pursuant to the Board’s Order of October 5,
1982, hearing
in this matter was scheduled for October
13,
1982.
Resignation
of the Hearing Officer on October
8,
1982 has necessitated
cancellation of that hearing by the Board.
The result
is that
the parties, through no fault of their own, cannot comply with
the timetable established in the Board’s Order of September 2,
1982,
stating that failure to comply would result in dismissal
of the action with prejudice.
If hearing is scheduled within
15 and held within 45 days of the date of this Order, dismissal
can be avoided.
