    (by Dr. Satchell):
    The City of Macomb on September 20, 1976 filed
    a
    Request for Additional Time for Compliance.
    Respondent
    states that although work has been diligent there is a
    need for additional time to complete engineering studies
    and rectify the problem at the closed site.
    The Agency
    has raised no objections.
    The Board will allow an addi-
    tional 60 days from the date of this Order for Respondent
    to come into compliance.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    Mr. Goodman and Mr. Zeitlin dissented.
