    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On March 11,
    1976, this Board entered an Order reversing an
    earlier consolidation Order with regard to these matters,
    (Order
    dated January
    8,
    1976).
    Our March 11, 1976 Order also dismissed
    case No.
    PCB 75-496.
    Pursuant to a Motion for Reconsideration filed April
    1,
    1976,
    wherein an open waiver of the 90—day decision period was filed with
    regard to case No.
    PCB 75-496, we now reverse our Order of March 11,
    1976,
    and reinstate our Order of January
    8,
    1976,
    as follows:
    1.
    Our Order dismissing case No. PCB 75—496
    is reversed, and the case reinstated.
    2.
    Cases No. PCB 75-496 and PCB 75—508 are
    consolidated and set for hearing.
    Motion for Reconsideration
    of our Order denying an Interim
    Variance in case No.~ PCB 75-496
    is denied.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
