INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
This petition, which was filed September 10,
1980 and which
seeks variance from the barium standard contained in Rule 304 of
Chapter
6,
is deficient in the following respects:
a.
Petitioner has failed to either specifically
request a hearing or, in the alternative, to uncon-
ditionally waive a hearing and to submit an affidavit
attesting to the facts stated in the petition,
as
required by Procedural Rule 401(b).
b.
Petitioner has failed to advise the Board of the
current concentration of barium in the water
it supplies
its users
(Rule 401(a)(5)).
C.
Petitioner has not included details concerning
the financial hardship anticipated to its water users
if variance is denied.
If this petition is not amended to include these noted deficiencies
within 45 days of the date of this Order,
it will be subject to
dismissal.
