    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 23, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney was unable to appear. Complainant expects to file a
    proposed stipulation and settlement agreement with the Board before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 3:00 p.m. on October 25, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
