    1982 of the time by which
    it must file
    its
    Recommendation,
    As
    the
    basis
    for its
    motion,
    it cites
    the
    petition’s deficiencies as noted in the Board’s Order of
    December 17,
    and the scheduling
    of
    a January
    22, 1982 meeting
    between
    the Agency and petitioner “to discuss what additional
    information will he submitted by petitioner.”
    Petitioner has
    filed
    no
    response.
    The Agency’s motion is granted.
    Even if no amended
    petition
    is
    filed,
    as implied in the motion,
    since the Recom-
    mendation will have been filed prior to hearing,
    the Board
    finds
    that an extension will not pre~udic~petitioner.
