    (CAAPP Permit Appeal - Air)
     
    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
     
    Midwest Generation LLC (Midwest) petitioned the Board to review certain conditions in
    a Clean Air Act Permit Program (CAAPP) permit issued on November 25, 2003, by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency. The permit concerns Midwest’s Collins Generating Station,
    an electric generating station located at 4200 Pine Bluff Road in Morris, Grundy County. On
    November 30, 2004, Midwest filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this permit appeal. The
    Board grants the motion and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
