    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    On December 20, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Wabash Valley (Wabash) may appeal a November 13, 2002 determination of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    amended
    by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected the
    amended site classification work plan budget regarding a leaking underground storage tank site
    at 4 Elm Street in Albion, Edwards County. The Board extends the appeal period until March
    18, 2003, as the parties request.
