    (Permit Appeal – Air)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
On February 14, 2001, NACME Steel Processing, L.L.C. (NACME) filed a motion
requesting that this matter be dismissed. NACME states that the permit appeal is moot
because the parties have resolved the disputed issues, and the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency (Agency) has issued a revised permit. NACME also states that the revised permit will
only become effective upon the withdrawal of NACME’s appeal. NACME represents that
both parties have reached an agreement on these issues. The motion is granted, and this matter
    is dismissed without prejudice.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    Board Member E.Z. Kezelis abstained.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 1st day of March 2001 by a vote of 6-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
