    (Permit Appeal – Water)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
Pursuant to a joint request by the parties for an extension of the 35-day appeal period of an Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1998)), the Board reserved docket
PCB 01-37 for any petition filed by petitioner.
Because petitioner has failed to file an appeal on or before October 18, 2000, the timeframe ordered
by the Board on September 7, 2000, the Board dismisses this matter and closes the docket.
Finally, Petitioner’s October 18, 2000 Motion to Remand is moot. Since no appeal was filed, the
Board has not had jurisdiction over the permit at issue.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that the above order
was adopted on the 2nd day of November 2000 by a vote of 7-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
