    On April 27, 1999, petitioner Lawrence Cadillac filed a “Motion for Voluntary
    Dismissal.” In the motion, petitioner states that the parties have reached agreement
    concerning the disputed items that were the subject of this appeal. The Board grants the
    motion and dismisses this appeal. This docket is closed.
