    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    This petition for review, filed on March 8, 1999, requests that the Board review a
    February 6, 1999 Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) final determination
    regarding petitioner’s facility located in Tazewell County, Illinois. The Board accepts this
    matter for hearing.
    Hearings shall be scheduled and completed in a timely manner pursuant to the
    applicable statutory decision deadline or as extended by waiver (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(2)
    (1996), 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.105). Unless otherwise ordered by the hearing officer, the
    Agency shall file the record of its review of the permit application within 14 days of notice of
    the petition. See 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.102.
    The petition for review was accompanied by a motion to consolidate this case with a
    previously filed permit appeal, PCB 99-108. Petitioner asserts that the instant appeal involves
    a challenge to similar permit conditions. The Agency has not opposed the motion.
    Petitioner has waived the decision deadline in PCB 99-130 to September 24, 1999, the
    same date on which PCB 99-108 is currently due. The motion to consolidate is hereby
    granted. The Board meeting immediately preceding the decision deadline is scheduled for
    September 23, 1999.
