ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
This matter is before the Board on Respondent Electronic Interconnect, Inc.’s (EII)
June 1, 1998, Motion to Correct Order of the Board. The motion is hereby granted.
In the Board’s May 7, 1998, order, page 2, footnote 1, the Board identified
Christopher T. Nowotarski as counsel for Respondents. Christopher Nowotarski actually
represents EII, not Electronic Interconnect Corporation (EIC). Marc H. Heisler filed an
appearance on behalf of EIC on May 7, 1996. Additional appearances for EIC were filed by
James R. Morrin and Lawrence W. Falbe on April 17, 1998.
The motion is granted. Footnote 1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
From May 7, 1996, to the present, Marc H. Heisler has represented EIC.
The additional environmental counsel recently retained by EIC, Wildman,
Harrold, Allen & Dixon, submits the instant motion for extension of time.
In all other respects the Board affirms its order of May 7, 1998, which included
granting in part EIC’s motion for extension of time until June 22, 1998, to remediate the site.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.

    2
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 4th day of June 1998 by a vote of 7-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
