    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
    On October 30, 1997, petitioner Consolidation Coal Company (Consolidation) filed a
    “Motion for Voluntary Dismissal” with the Board. In the motion, Consolidation states that all
    issues in dispute between Consolidation and the Environmental Protection Agency have been
    resolved through issuance of a revised operating permit for Consolidation’s facility, and asks
    that this matter be dismissed without leave to reinstate. Consolidation’s motion is hereby
    granted. This matter is dismissed, and this docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
