    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Yi):
    On September 30, 1996, the County of Will (County) filed an administrative citation
    against CDT Landfill. The Board docketed this matter as AC 97-25.
    On October 14, 1997, the County filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this mater with
    prejudice. The Board hereby grants the motion and closes this docket.
