    On August 3, 1995, the County of Will (County) filed an administrative citation against
    CDT Landfill. The Board docketed this mater as AC 96-6.
    On October 14, 1997, the County filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter with
    prejudice. The Board hereby grants the motion and closes this docket.
