    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    On June 19, 1996 the parties filed a Joint Motion to Stay the Petitioner’s Motion for
    Summary Judgment and the Agency’s Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. Raleigh Realty
    Corporation (Raleigh) also filed on June 19, 1996 a waiver of the decision deadline until
    October 30, 1996.
    The parties report that they have reached a settlement agreement concerning this case,
    as well as a petition for variance, Kean Brothers, Inc. v. IEPA, PCB 95-117. The parties state
    that upon satisfactory resolution of the issues, Raleigh will withdraw its UST appeal and its
    petition for variance prior to the Board’s July 18, 1996 meeting. The parties request that their
    respective motion and cross-motion for summary judgment be stayed in this matter until after
    July 18, 1996.
    The Board accepts Raleigh’s waiver of the decision deadline until October 30, 1996 and
    grants the parties’ motion to stay until July 18, 1996.
