ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
This matter is before the Board on a May 6, 1996 Motion for Extension of Time in
Which to File Recommendation, filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency). The Agency states that on April 1, 1996 it requested the Board to require that
White Cap, Inc. (White Cap) provide a list of the specific documents to be included in the
record by reference. On April 4, 1996 the Board granted the Agency’s request; however, the
Agency did not receive the list of specific documents until May 2, 1996. The Agency
Recommendation was due on May 3, 1996; therefore, the Agency is requesting additional time
in which to locate and review the incorporated information. White Cap has agreed to a
delayed filing and the Agency asserts that the extension of time would not prejudice the
    petitioner.
The Board grants the Agency’s request and directs it to file the Agency
Recommendation on or before May 31, 1996.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the _____ day of ___________, 1996, by a vote of
    ______________.
