Pursuant to the November
16,
1995 Board order,
Moline/Dutchway Dry Cleaners (Nouns) was directed to submit
a
status report on or before December 8,
1995.
Due to an illness,
Moline’s attorney filed its status report on November
16,
1995.
Moline states that it contacted counsel
for the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency)
who agreed that
supplemental
information to the Agency record was required.
Moline therefore requests additional time to consult with Agency
personnel to further ascertain the Agency’s position in denying
reimbursement
in this matter.
The Board accepts Moline’s status report.
Moline is
directed to
file an updated status report or any other
appropriate motions with the Board no later than February
6,
1996.
