Pursuant to the September 21,
1995 Board order,
Noline/Dutchway Dry Cleaners
(Moline) was directed to submit a
status report on or before November 6,
1995.
In its status
report filed on November 8,
1995, Moline states that on September
21,
1995 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency)
filed the record instanter.
Based on its review of the record,
Moline requests an additional 21 days to consult with Agency
personnel to further ascertain the Agencyts position in denying
reimbursement
in this matter.
The Board accepts Noline’s status report.
Moline
is
directed to file an updated status report or any other
appropriate motions with the Board no later than December 8,
1995.
