    On October 12,
    1995, petitioner Tommy House Tire Company,
    Inc.
    (Tommy House) filed a motion to supplement the record and
    continue the hearing in this matter.
    The Board, by order dated
    September 7,
    1995, ordered that a hearing be set in order to
    address remaining issues regarding the propriety of the proposed
    adjusted standard.
    The Board’s September 7,
    1995 order
    identified a series of issues which needed to be addressed,
    and
    directed Tommy House to be prepared to address these and any
    additional questions regarding the propriety
    of
    the
    requested
    adjusted standard at hearing.
    Tommy House requests that the hearing be stayed and seeks
    leave to file supplemental information to address the Board’s
    concerns regarding its adjusted standard petition.
    Tommy House
    requests that it be given 30 days to submit this information.
    In
    support of this request, Tommy House states that it believes it
    had
    a. fundamental misunderstanding of the Board’s previous orders
    in this matter.
    Tommy House’s motion is hereby granted.
    On or before
    November 20,
    1995, Tommy House shall file with the Board
    supplemental information addressing the concerns outlined in the
    Board’s September 7,
    1995 order.
    Hearing in this matter shall ~be
    stayed pending the Board’s review of this supplemental
    information.
