14 days of receiving notice of the petition.
The Agency received
notice of Moline/Dutchway Dry Cleaners’ petition on July
27,
1992.
The record was therefore due to be filed on August
10,
1992.
The Agency states that due to the press of Agency
business,
the assigned attorney was unable to complete the Agency
Record until now.
The Board grants the Agencyts motion to file
the record
instanter and accepts the Agency Record,
further
noting that this case has been subject to
a series of stays since
