    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On September 6, 1995 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) filed the Agency Record and Agency Motion to File Record Instanter.
    Pursuant to Section 105.102 of the Board's procedural rules, the Agency is
    required to file the entire Agency record of the permit application with the
    Board within 14 days of notice of the petition. (35 Ill. Adm. Code
    105.1029(a)(4).) The Agency states they received notice of the petition on
    July 31, 1995. The Agency record was therefore due to be filed with the Board
    by August 14, 1995.
    The Board hereby grants the Agency's motion to file the record
    instanter.
