    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on a joint status
    report,
    filed by the parties on August
    7,
    1995.
    The parties
    state that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    is currently reviewing petitioner’s proposal and is
    preparing a draft permit.
    If the parties agree to the
    conditions in the draft permit,
    it will be issued
    immediately for the required 30-day comment period.
    The
    parties therefore request a 60-day stay in the matter to
    allow the permit to be issued.
    The joint status report is accepted
    arid the request for
    stay is granted.
    The parties are ordered to file with the
    Board an additional status report, either jointly or
    separately,
    no later than October 23,
    1995.
    Thereafter the
    hearing officer shall direct the filing of any future status
    reports.
