ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by M.McFawn):
On June 7,
 1995,
 General Motors Corporation,
 Powertrain
Division
 (GM)
filed a status report pursuant to the Board’s order
of January 11,
 1995.
 GM reports that
 in addition to resolving
one of the major issues through the receipt
 of
 a final,
 site-
specific rule on January
 11,
 1995
 in R93-l3,
 the parties hope to
resolve the remaining issues through settlement negotiations.
 GM
believes there
is no compelling reason to hold
 a hearing at this
time,
 and has accordingly,
 filed
 a statutory decision waiver
until October 29,
 1996.
On January
 11,
 1995 we entered a stay
 in this case until
July
 1,
1995 and we therefore direct that all future extensions
of the stay and status reports be filed
 at the discretion
 of the
hearing officer.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I,
 Dorothy
 M. Gunn,
Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby cert
