    This matter
    is before the Board on a motion for extension of
    time filed on March
    1,
    1995 by the Illinois Petroleum Marketers
    Association
    (IPMA).
    The motion seeks an additional 14 days in
    which to submit information regarding the “several similar
    categories”
    into which the listed sites
    in this matter would fall
    concerning their individual reasons for non—compliance, hardship,
    and prior efforts to achieve compliance.
    The information was due
    on or before February
    23,
    1995.
    The motion is hereby granted.
    The information is now due to
    be filed with the Board and served on the Agency on or before
    March
    9,
    1995.
    The Board notes that the hearing is scheduled for
    March 17,
    1995 and the decision due date is April 20,
    1995.
    We
    recognize that the Agency is allowed by procedural rule 14 days
    in which to file a recommendation, however due to the stringent
    timetable under which all parties are operating,
    the Agency is
    requested to file the recommendation in this matter prior to the
    hearing being held,
    preferably on or before Tuesday, March 15,
    1995.
    In order to allow for the maximum amount of time in which
    to review this information prior to hearing, the mailbox rule of
    35 Ill. Adm.
    Code 101.144(c)
    shall not apply.
