ORDER
OF
THE
BOARD
(by
H.
McFawn):
This matter is before the Board on a January 17,
1995 motion
for extension of time filed by complainants DoAll Company, DoAll
Credit Corporation, and the Rams-Head Company
(collectively,
DoAll).
Complainants seek an extension of time until February
20, 1995 to respond to the motions to dismiss filed by
respondents Mobil Oil Company,
Inc.
(Mobil) and Skokie Valley
Asphalt,
Inc.
(SVA).
By order dated January 20,
1995, the Board
had directed DoAll to file its response to the motions to dismiss
by January 20,
1995.
In support of the motion for extension of time, DoAll
asserts that it is finalizing a settlement with Mobil, and that
Mobil’s counsel has agreed to the requested extension.
DoAll
further asserts that it has entered settlement negotiations with
SVA, and that SVA has obtained new counsel that has agreed to the
requested extension.
The motion for extension of time is granted.
Both DoAll’s
response to Mobil’s motion to dismiss and DoAll’s response to
SVA’s motion to dismiss are now due February 20,
1995.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy N.
