ORDER OF THE BOARD

This matter is before the Board on its own motion.
On
August
11,
1994, the Board ordered both parties to file a status
report by November 21,
1994.
Neither party has complied with the
Board order.
The Board directs both Spraying Systems Company and
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to file status
reports (or a joint status report,
if the parties prefer)
no
later than January 6,
1995.
This action before the Board has
been pending since 1990,
and failure to comply may subject this
docket to dismissal.
The Board notes that petitioner has provided a waiver of the
decision deadline until March
31,
1995.
The Board requires 120
days in which to schedule hearing, provide public notice, allow
for the filing of briefs, receive and review transcripts and
fully deliberate the matter.
Therefore,
with the current
decision deadline,
a hearing date should already have been
scheduled.
The hearing officer
is hereby directed to schedule
the hearing in this matter consistent with the decision deadline.
