    These matters are before the Board on four motions to file
    the record
    instanter,
    filed by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    on December 6,
    7, and 9,
    1994.’
    The
    petitions for review were filed with the Board on October 27,
    1994, and the Agency states that it received notice of the
    petition on that same date.
    Pursuant to 35 Iii. Adm. Code
    105.102(a) (4), the Agency record is to be filed with the
    Pollution Control Board within 14 days “upon notice of the
    petition”.
    The record was therefore due to be filed on November
    10,
    1994.
    Because the Agency’s record is necessary for the decision of
    these proceedings, the motions to allow filing of the Agency
    record instanter is hereby granted.
