    This matter is before the Board on a November 28,
    1994
    motion to file the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) response instanter,
    filed by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency.
    The Board had granted the Agency an extension
    until October 30,
    1994 to file its response to the petition for
    an adjusted standard.
    The Agency states that review of
    information took longer than expected.
    The Agency also states
    that the proponents in this matter have expressed no objection to
    the late filing.
    The motion to allow filing of the Agency response instanter
    is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
