(Conversion Systems)

reply to the Agency

response, which was accompanied by a motion for leave to file a

reply to the Agency response.

Conversion Systems states that the

purpose of the reply is to confirm some assertions made by the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)

in its

response, and to clarify the relief requested in order to aid the

Board in its deliberations.

Conversion Systems states that the

Agency does not plan to file a response to this motion, and does

not object to the Board’s granting of this motion.

Conversion System’s motion for leave to file a reply is

hereby granted.
