ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by C.
A. Manning):
On November 21,
1994,
complainant filed a motion to
reconsider the Board’s November 3,
1994 order dismissing this
proceeding.
For the reason discussed below the Board will deny
the motion to reconsider.
Complainant’s motion discusses the problems Macon County has
encountered in the search for recycled paper which it deems “fit
for copy use.”
The Board’s rules at 35 Ill. Adm. Code
101.246(d)
state that:
In ruling upon a motion under this Section, the
Board will consider factors including, but not
limited to, error
in the decision and facts in the
record which were overlooked.
The Board finds that the complainant has not pointed to an error
in the decision or facts in the record which were overlooked.
Therefore,
the Board denies the motion to reconsider and affirms
the November 3,
1994 order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
Board Member Joseph Ii abstained.
