    This matter is before the Board on a joint motion for an
    extension of stay and a status report,
    filed on October 28,
    1994
    by Hydrosol,
    Inc. and the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency).
    The parties state that amendments proposed in
    R94-21, which
    is currently pending before the Board, would
    provide the relief requested by Hydrosol in its petition for
    adjusted standard filed February 14,
    1994.
    Thus,
    the parties
    request that the Board stay this proceeding until adoption of
    that amended rule.
    The motion for stay is granted until March 16,
    1995.
    the
    parties shall file a joint status report, or appropriate motion,
    no later than March 4,
    1995.
