    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by C.A. Manning):
    On June 12,
    1991,
    Safety-Kleen Corporation (Safety-Kleen),
    filed a petition for review of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency’s
    (Agency)
    imposition of certain conditions in
    its closure permit.
    Safety-Kleen filed a waiver of the statutory
    decision deadline on June 28,
    1991.
    Safety—Kleen’s most recent
    status report,
    filed on July 18,
    1994,
    stated that it was
    attempting to resolve the matter without proceeding to hearing
    and stated that it would file another status report within forty—
    five
    (45)
    days.
    Based on this status report the Board,
    on July
    21,
    1994, directed the parties to file an updated status report
    on or before September 9,
    1994.
    As of the date of this order an updated status report has
    not been filed in this matter.
    The parties are again directed to
    file a status report on or before October 28,
    1994.
    If no such
    status report is filed, this matter will be set for hearing or,
    alternatively, may be subject to dismissal for want of
    prosecution.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
