This matter is before the Board on a “Motion to Clarify
Final Order” filed on September 15,
    1994, by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    On August
    11,
    1994,
the Board entered a final order in this matter accepting the
settlement agreement presented by the parties.
    The Board ordered
Gordon McCann to pay a penalty of $500 within 30 days of the
    order.
In its motion to clarify, the Agency states that the agreed
order filed by the parties specified that payment of the penalty
    should be made by August
    1,
    1995.
    The Agency requests that the
Board correct or clarify the Board’s order as to the date that
the payment of the penalty is due.
The Board will correct its order to correspond with the
agreed order filed by the parties as part of the settlement
    agreement.

the Board corrects its order of August 11,
