On July 13,

1994,

Sangamon County filed four administrative

citations against ESG Watts,

Inc.

(ESG).

The administrative

citations have been docketed as ac 94-48, AC 94—49,

AC 94—50,

and

AC 94-51.

On July 14,

1994,

Sangamon County filed another

administrative citation which has been docketed as AC 94-52.

Finally,

on July 18,

1994 Sangamon County filed another four

administrative citations against ESG which have been docketed as

AC 94-58, AC 94—59, AC 94-60, and AC 94—61.

Although all of the

alleged violations occurred on different dates,

all of the

aforementioned administrative citations allege that ESG has

violated Section 21(o) (1),

(5),

(11), and

(12)

of the

Environmental Protection Act

(Act)

except for AC 94-52 which only

alleges that ESG violated Section 21(o)(5),

(11),

and

(12)

of the

Act.

In

addition, all of the administrative citations filed by Sangamon

County are based on the same individual’s inspections.

In the interest of economy the Board on its own motion will

consolidate AC 94—48, AC 94—49,

AC 94—50, AC 94—51,

AC 94—52,

AC

94—58,

AC 94-59, AC 94—60,

and AC 94—61 for the purposes of

hearing only.

The Board makes no determination as to whether

these cases will be consolidated for purposes of final decision.

The hearing officer shall schedule a hearing.
