    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD
    (by R.C.
    Flemal):
    On February 18,
    1994, Rhone-Poulenc Basic Chemicals Company
(Rhone-Poulenc) and the Thorn Creek Basin Sanitary District
    (District)
filed a petition for adjusted standard.
    On March 21,
1994 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) filed
its response to the adjusted standard petition.
    On April
    11,
1994 Rhone-Poulenc filed a motion for leave to file a reply to
    the Agency’s response.
    Rhone—Poulenc observes that the Board’s
procedural rules at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 106 do not specifically
provide for the filing of replies to Agency responses.
Rhone-Poulenc states that it had not anticipated the
Agency’s recommended imposition of load limits on Rhone—Poulenc’s
    discharge to the District.
    The parties have since had
conversations over that issue and believe that the issue is now
    resolved.
Rhone—Poulenc states that allowing reply to the
Agency’s response will aid the Board in its deliberation of this
matter by presenting petitioner’s position on the Agency’s
    recommended conditions.
The motion for leave to file a reply to the Agency’s
    response is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    I, Dorothy M. Gunn,
    Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
    Contro~L~
